By downloading, installing, or using DumpTime (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SpoonScan LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Nevada limited liability company. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use social features. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
DumpTime is an entertainment application that allows users to log timestamps, view statistics, track streaks, earn milestones, receive daily horoscopes and fortune cookies, discover dump personalities, and generate shareable content. The App also offers optional social features including adding friends, a leaderboard, and push notifications when friends log a dump. The App is designed exclusively for entertainment and amusement purposes.
The App can be used without creating an account. Creating an account via Sign in with Apple is required only to use social features (friends, leaderboard, notifications). By creating an account, you agree to:
We reserve the right to remove accounts or usernames that violate these Terms without prior notice. Usernames are unique and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular username.
THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT OF ANY KIND. The App is not a medical device, health monitoring tool, diagnostic instrument, or wellness tracker. All features, including but not limited to personality types, statistics, ratings, DumpScore, milestones, fortune messages, lucky numbers, and horoscopes, are provided solely for entertainment purposes and have no medical, psychological, or predictive validity.
You should not rely on the App for any health-related decisions. If you have concerns about bowel habits, digestive health, or any medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
The daily horoscope, fortune cookie, lucky numbers, dump personality, and all generated statistics are produced using simple algorithms for entertainment only. Horoscopes and fortunes are not real predictions. Personalities are assigned based on basic pattern matching and do not reflect any real personality assessment. Lucky numbers are randomly generated and should not be relied upon for gambling or financial decisions.
The core App stores data locally on your device with no account required. If you create an account for social features, certain data (username, dump timestamps, friend relationships, push notification tokens) is stored on our servers. We do not collect your real name, email address, or other personal identifiers. For complete details, please review our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to:
You may block any user at any time. Blocking a user removes them from your friend list, prevents them from finding you in search, and prevents them from sending you friend requests or notifications. If you experience abuse, you may block the user and contact us at support@dumptime.app.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings menu within the App. Deleting your account permanently removes all of your data from our servers, including your profile, username, dump history, friend relationships, block list, and push notification token. This action cannot be undone. Your username will become available for others to use after deletion.
If you enable push notifications, you will receive alerts when your friends log a dump. Notifications contain only app-generated text and no user-generated content. You can disable notifications at any time through your device's Settings app. You will only receive notifications from users you have accepted as friends.
The App, including its design, code, content, features, graphics, personality names, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by SpoonScan LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent from SpoonScan LLC. You retain all rights to images you generate and share using the App.
The App integrates with Apple's Sign in with Apple for authentication, Apple's Siri Shortcuts for hands-free logging, Supabase for data storage, and Expo for push notifications. DumpTime is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Supabase Inc., Expo, or RevenueCat Inc. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OR UPTIME OF SOCIAL FEATURES OR PUSH NOTIFICATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPOONSCAN LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SpoonScan LLC from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App or your account for violation of these Terms, including misuse of social features, creation of offensive usernames, harassment of other users, or abuse of rate limits. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App and deleting your account. Sections 4, 5, 11, 13, 14, 15, and 18 shall survive any termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Clark County, Nevada, or remotely at your election. You agree that disputes will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action. Users in the European Union retain their rights under EU consumer protection law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SpoonScan LLC regarding the App.
